Resep Mini Pizza ala Farah Queen

Ingredients:
300 gr all purpose flour (tepung khusus roti)
3 sdm susu bubuk
2 sdm gula pasir
2 1/2 sdm olive oil/minyak goreng
1/2 bks Fermipan
1 1/2 sdt baking powder
1 sdt garam
1 btr telur kocok lepas
160-180 ml air

butter/margarine untuk olesan

Topping :
1/2 btr bawang bombay, cincang
1/2 siung bawang putih
garam, lada, dan saus tomat secukupnya
1 ikat bayam
1 bh wortel, potong dadu
1 bh tomat, potong dadu
250 gr ayam cincang
mozzarella cheese

CARA MEMBUAT 

1. campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata, masukkan telur, minyak dan sedikit air. uleni sampai kalis, sambil menambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
2. setelah kalis dan tidak melekat di tangan, bulatkan adonan, tutup adonan, biarkan mengempang nyaris 2 kali lipat besarnya.
3. sementara itu, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan wortel, bayam, ayam cincang, bumbui dengan lada & garam. Lalu tambahkan saus tomat. Sisihkan.
4. Ratakan adonan yang sudah mengembang dengan menggunakan rolling pin, cetak dengan ring cutter/ potong dan bentuk menjadi mini pizza.
5. Oleskan dengan adonan saus.
6. Taburkan dengan keju mozzarela
7. istirahatkan selama 10-15 menit sambil memanaskan oven, panggang kurang lebih 15 menit.
8. Sajikan selagi hangat.
