Cara Sharing Dokumen di Window 7

Dengan jaringan komputer banyak sekali manfaat yang bisa diperoleh, salah satunya yaitu sharing dokumen (file atau folder) antar komputer. Cara ini sangat praktis dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk bertukar berkas.

Dan syarat sharing dokumen, yaitu : koneksi jaringan antar komputer, aktivasi permission share, gunakan password dalam membagikan dokumen agar sharing lebih aman.

Berikut caranya :

1.      Cari folder atau file yang akan di share, jika sudah lalu klik kanan di folder atau file yang telah dipilih. Kemudian pilih share with > pilih specific people…

2.      Kemudian akan muncul File Sharing, disana terdapat 3 tingkatan level share : 1. Administrator, 2. Guest, 3. Everyone, 4. Create A New User

Disini saya pilih Everyone lalu klik Add

3.      Lalu di Everyone di sebelahnya atau di permission level terdapat 2 pilihan ada Read dan Read/Write. Pilih sesuai yang anda inginkan.
